The 30-day window
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused, in their original packaging, with any tags and accessories included.
Items we can't take back
- Gift cards and eGift cards
- Downloaded or activated software and digital courses
- Opened food, beverages, supplements and personal care products
- Opened pet food
- Personalized or custom-made items
If any of these arrive damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we'll replace or refund them.
How to start a return
- Email info@primecouponsale.com or call +1 512-263-9900 with your order number (it starts with PCS-) and the items you're returning.
- We'll send a return authorization and the return address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it with a tracked service.
Return shipping
If the item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, we pay for return shipping. For other returns, return shipping is your responsibility.
Refunds
Once the return arrives, we inspect it within 3 business days and refund the original payment method. Banks usually post the refund within 5 to 10 business days. If you used a coupon code, the refund reflects the discounted amount you actually paid.
